All plans require a $149 nonrefundable account setup fee and a three-month minimum commitment, which begins after a 20-day trial period. You may cancel anytime during the trial period without further payment or penalty. Communication surcharges apply to email, SMS and AI-enabled content.
Our team combined with the platform's AI act as an additional set of hands (and brain power) for your business to help you get everything done. The account setup process and our monthly support calls help you maximize the value of the platform's technology. Plus, our team is always looking for ways to add new features, functionality and support as they come available.
The Sign Me Up button takes you to an order form where you will select your desired plan and pay the initial account setup fee. After we receive payment, you will be sent a contract for signature and an email with instructions. This email will contain an information request form and a calendar booking tool to schedule your initial account design session. Access to your new account will be available within 1 to 2 business days of receiving your signed contract and completed information form. We charge a one-time, nonrefundable account setup fee of $149. This fee covers an account design strategy call and an onboarding call. During the design strategy call, we will discuss your goals and the use cases that will help us design your account setup to include basic automations. During the onboarding call, our Customer Success team will walk you through our onboarding checklist and help you connect the basic integrations to make your account fully functional.

You will have 20 days to explore the features of your selected plan before incurring the first monthly fee of your plan. If you decide to cancel during this trial period, you may do so by emailing [email protected] without payment or penalty. Once your first subscription payment is processed, you will enter into a three-month minimum commitment.
Within the platform, you have access to our embedded interactive guide and self-help area with articles, videos and other how-to instructions. If you need additional support, you may submit a ticket and our Client Success Team will be happy to assist you. You also have the option each month to book a call with our team. This call can be used to review your account setup and provide guidance and assistance to help you reach your goals.
On our MTS Engage plan, we offer a quarterly success call where we work with you to develop and measure your sales and marketing goals. On our MTS Perform plan, we become an extension of your team and provide hands-on design, strategy, implementation and optimization services to help you grow and scale your brand.
Yes, you may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. All billing questions can be directed to [email protected].
You can cancel your subscription plan at anytime during the 20-Day trial period without further penalty or payment. Once the first recurring payment is processed, you agree to subscribe for a minimum of 3 months. After this initial commitment period, your account access will continue on a month-to-month basis. We require 30 days written notice to cancel. All data will be deleted once the account is closed.
We do not provide refunds. You may dispute charges by contacting [email protected]. Management will review disputes on a case-by-case basis and provide a response within 3-5 business days.
